2. Scope of Services

- Vehicle diagnostics

- Brake, suspension, and steering services

- Major and minor servicing
- Pickup and delivery services
All services are subject to inspection, availability of parts, and technical assessment.
3. Estimates and Authorization
3.1 All quotations and estimates are based on preliminary inspection and may be revised if additional issues are identified during repair.
3.2 The Company will seek approval before carrying out additional work not included in the original estimate.
3.3 Customer approval provided verbally, electronically (including WhatsApp or email), or by signature constitutes authorization to proceed.
3.4 All prices may be subject to applicable VAT in accordance with UAE regulations.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Vehicles will not be released until payment has been received in full.
4.3 The Company may accept cash, card payments, bank transfers, or third-party installment providers.
4.4 Where third-party payment providers are used, customers agree to comply with the provider’s separate terms and conditions.
5. Warranty
5.1 Warranty, where provided, applies only to parts supplied and installed by the Company.
5.2 Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Overheating or improper operation
- Modifications or racing use
- Repairs conducted by third parties without written consent
5.3 Warranty claims must be supported by the original invoice.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete vehicle information.
- Maintain valid vehicle insurance coverage.
- Remove personal belongings before service.
The Company shall not be liable for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
7. Pickup and Delivery
7.1 By requesting pickup and delivery, the Customer authorizes the Company to operate the vehicle for transportation and testing purposes.
7.2 The Company shall not be responsible for pre-existing damage.
7.3 The Customer confirms the vehicle is legally registered and insured at the time of handover.
8. Storage
8.1 Customers will be notified once the vehicle is ready for collection.
8.2 Vehicles not collected within a reasonable period may incur storage charges.
8.3 Vehicles left uncollected for an extended duration may be handled in accordance with applicable UAE laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9.2 The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9.3 The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by parts unavailability, supplier delays, or force majeure events.
10. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
All website content, text, images, logos, and materials are the property of Euro Experts Auto Services unless otherwise stated.
Vehicle brand names and trademarks displayed on the website belong to their respective owners. The Company operates as an independent automotive service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
